Moving to Cameron
As far as condos and apartments go in Cameron, one bedroom garden level units and three-story 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are reasonably common. Studios are fairly rare so you'll have to look to beat the band. Well that is not to say that the Cameron Municipal Band is looking for rental housing for jam sessions. If you're looking for houses to rent, many of these are larger 4-6 bedroom homes, but there are also smaller single family places with just 2 bedrooms. No matter what type of rental properties you're looking at, make sure your proof of income, references, and security deposit are all in concert for a successful renting performance -- er, experience.
One thing to note, especially if you're seeking a month to month Cameron rental, is that some landlords here prefer tenants sign a one year lease. Don't fret though, since this is certainly not a requirement in most landlord-renter situations in this city. It's something that may occur, especially if the apartment or house is being handled by a property management company. As far as costs for rentals in Cameron, there are both affordable and pricier options available throughout the different sections of the city.
