Lease Incentive Terms & Conditions

General Terms

To be eligible to participate in the Lease Incentive Program, you must be a registered User of apartmentlist.com. In order for you to receive a Lease Incentive, you ("Renter") must: (i) satisfy the criteria for returning to Apartment List; (ii) contact or request a tour of a verified property through apartmentlist.com or the App before contacting such property through any other means; and (iii) sign a lease with the verified property in item (iii) within 90 days of the date of this email. Once all of these requirements are met, the Invitee becomes a “Qualified Referral”. By participating as a Renter, you agree that the Lease Incentive may be fulfilled in various forms at Apartment List's sole discretion, including, but not limited to in the form of a gift card (and may be subject to issuer's terms and conditions).

You may only participate in the Lease Incentive Program in good faith and in compliance with these Terms, the law and the Apartment List Terms of Use. You may not create multiple, duplicate or fake profiles or encourage others to do the same. Apartment List retains the right to terminate this Lease Incentive Program at any time at its sole discretion.
