Hollins Virginia is such a treasured gem that it isn't even a full-blown incorporated city. Technically, it's a census-designated place (CDP), but who's nitpicking? This comfortable, scenic little area is located between two counties and is in an area of Virginia known as North Country. It is a good size with plenty of things to do without all of the headaches of a big city.
