Three bedroom house with a unique layout sits as the last house on a dead end street. Upon entering the front door you will encounter a family room, oversized living room and all three bedrooms. The kitchen is located in the basement along with another family room with new flooring. Dining room area with new flooring is directly off of the kitchen. Washer/Dryer hookups and a large unfinished storage area. Door in kitchen leads to backyard. Tenant pays all utilities at this rental and is responsible for lawncare and snow removal. Limited street parking in front of the house is available. Security deposit is $950 with a one year lease. This house is not HUD approved and is not pet friendly.
