While the neighborhoods where these places are located may not be the best, a couple of these developments have decent reputations. To the far west of the city center, adjacent to the revitalized community of Geneva-On-The-Lake, you’ll find a great, safe neighborhood with some desirable apartments available for rent. Western Ashtabula tends to transition from suburban feeling to rural pretty quickly.
