It was either Pittsburgh or Paris, but somewhere between the two concepts, Beaver Falls fell into place. The city was chosen for the portrayal of the '80s sitcom, Mr. Belvedere. Beaver Falls encompasses a total land mass of 2.1 square miles; if you consider big cities cold and unfriendly, this neighborhood will test how much closeness you can stand.
