We have three identical 3 Bedroom, 3 bath townhomes available for Winter Rental. This is a vacation rental during the summer months and rents for up to $4000 per week. There is limited interest in weekly rentals during the winter months and we do not want our places to be unoccupied for many months. So we offer our townhomes and nearby condos for monthly rental at extremely low rates. Basically, we are looking for good caretakers rather than maximizing income during the winter. The townhomes are fully furnished including the pots, pans, and dishes in the kitchen. All units have at least 4 HD TVs and the cable service includes HBO. Units have their own washer dryer in the unit as well. Everything is included with the rent except for electricity. Our standard lease runs from October 1 to April 30. However, since this is basically temporary housing for the winter, all leases have a provision which allows the tenant to cancel the lease any time after February 28 with 15 day notice if they find long term housing, are forced to relocate out of the area, or for any other good reason. Aside from the extremely low cost, these rentals are ideal for people moving into the Ocean City area permitting them a few months to check out housing in the area before making a commitment to buy or rent long term.
