City Guide for Bradley, IL

The town used to be known as North Kankakee -- until it was rescued from the Great Depression by David Bradley of Bradley Plow Works. He started "the Bradley Plan" for the city, and the rest, as they say, is history. By 1989 a new shopping center was built called the Bradley Square to commemorate Bradley's achievements for the town. Shortly after that, one of the largest malls in the area, the Northfield Square Mall opened. The town of Bradley was poised for bigger things.

Now with over 15,000 residents, the town of Bradley is an employment haven with many businesses inhabiting the community. Bradley's convenient access to seventeen townships in the County, plus its reach into major cities such as Chicago, creates even more incentive to make Bradley your home. What to keep in mind when looking for studio apartments in Bradley, IL

Studio apartments could offer the best of Bradley living at a less expensive price tag than larger units. Look for the best buildings near entertainment, dining, and public transportation or highway access.

Ask about the square footage of studio apartments in Bradley during your tour. Even a little extra space in another building can offer more room for storage or an additional chair. Consider the layout and what you can accomplish before you sign. You should have enough room for your bed, a small sitting area, and a dining table. You can always get creative and loft your bed to save on space underneath or install a fold-down table or desk that tucks away.
