It's an interesting and ever-evolving city, and it can all be experienced at very cheap rates. Rentals typically cost about $400 - $650, giving you tons of options at cheap, cheap prices. There are old apartments in small brick buildings, duplexes, deckers, as well as rental homes, all for less than $700!
