White Horse is a census-designated place in Hamilton Township in Mercer County, New Jersey, with a population of 9,494. It sounds like a small town, but they pack a lot into three square miles! First of all, it's located right off of two major interstates: I-295 and I-195. This puts it in a prime location to get to Philadelphia, Newark and New York City in no time! It's also set right on the beautiful Delaware River, so people can take advantage of boating, fishing and scenic walks and hikes along the river. John A. Roebling Memorial Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the area -- and a place where many people like to head to spend sunny days in the warm sunshine.

What You'll Need

You don't want to risk making a bad impression on your prospective landlord. Also, be sure to bring along all the paperwork you're going to need. This will save you and your landlord the headache of having to gather the information after you find an apartment you love. The documents include a copy of your ID, your bank statements, pay stubs, letter of employment, rental application, references and anything else you think you might need to score that dream apartment.
