Here's a full breakdown of the application process.
There's the application form I have for you to fill out. If you decide you want to move forward with renting the property there's a $50 application fee. I pay the $50 to a company that does a credit and background check. If credit score is below 650 I require two month security deposit instead of one month. Any red flags that could come up during the credit and background check that forces me to decline the application would be any past evictions, bankruptcies or if the applicant has any past due debt. For example credit card debt.
I do allow pets but there is a monthly pet fee.
