E. Drexel Ave / S. Howell Ave: Almost half, 42 percent, of those living in this neighborhood are employed in executive occupations, management and professional positions. This is a quiet neighborhood, filled with those seeking a sophisticated, urban way of life. After all, who wants to be the noisy exec that upsets his competition? Vacancy rate is 2.5 percent.
W Puetz Rd / S. 13Th St: Here, you will find more studios and one and two bedroom apartments than almost any other neighborhood in the nation. Unlike some of the other neighborhoods, this one is full of mostly renters and is also a trendy, up and coming neighborhood. The vacancy rate here is 8.1 percent, so finding a place shouldn't be too much of a challenge.
W Rawson Ave / S 13Th St: This is a mostly quiet neighborhood. Here you will find more three and four bedroom apartments and home rentals than other neighborhoods in Oak Creek. It has a nice mix of homeowners and renters and is also a nice collage of all age groups, from seniors to young professionals. Many families also reside in this neighborhood. Vacancy rate here is 5.3 percent.
