Basic Lease Terms: 1st Month's rent of $985 + 1 mo Security-Damage Deposit = to 1 Month's rent.. Lease Duration: 6-12+/- months. No smokers, pets, animals. No double occupancy. Renters insurance is required. No co-signers accepted. Minimum credit score: 735. Verified income ratio: 3x rent, Debt to income ratio not to exceed 35%. Must have 12 months of continuous employment history. 2 years rental history, would your last 2 housing providers rent to you again? Utilities are $125 extra per month and include Heat/Water/Sewer/Garbage/Recycling/Compost + Electricity + Gas Heat + WIFI. Electric Vehicle hook-up, (extra cost for Elec) plenty of free parking and a few blocks to transportation. Northgate Light Rail Station is about 10 minutes

Screening is through Alliance2020, $52 per applicant. Alliance 2020, will have some additional Tenant Criteria, that are not listed here. There is also an Administration/processing fee of $47.50
