APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
- $40 fee per adult 18+.
- Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
- Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
- Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
- Will require copy of the State ID, Driver's License, or Passport for each applicant.
