This rental is available May 1st, furnished, for a one year lease (or one to three months). One month damage deposit required, and rent does NOT include utilities. Tenant will transfer all utilities to their name, including but not limited to gas, water/sewer, electricity, wifi, and cable. In addition to rent, tenant will be required to pay an exit cleaning fee of $400.
