This 2 bed apartment is the entire top floor of a triplex. It features hardwood floors, central air, private in-unit laundry, cathedral ceilings, skylights, ceramic kitchen, and slate bathroom. The bedrooms are roughly equal in size. One of them has a double closet and the other has a skylight. Tenant pays gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage & trash. There is off-street parking available and easy on-street parking as well.
This triplex is conveniently located within a short walk of Mellon Park, Bakery Square, and Trader Joe's. There are a number of bus stops within a short walk as well.
Parking is behind the building or easy on street. Extra storage is in the basement.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
