From outside you'll have access to a one car garage and private laundry with storage in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay electric. It has electric baseboard heat and two window AC units will be installed upon request.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
