This is a lovely triplex unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a 1-car garage. The unit has an open floor plan and is equipped with vinyl flooring throughout. The living room comes with a ceiling fan and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is designed with granite countertops, stained wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a refrigerator is "as is". One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom, which features a single sink granite-topped vanity and a shower/tub combo. Laundry hook-ups are available in the garage. Tenants are responsible for the lawn care. The unit is 100% electric, has easy access to I-40 and I-240, and is also near Tinker AFB, shopping and dining areas. THere is a maximum of 2 animals allowed. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with approval and payment of applicable fees. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 month rent, and a pet screening fee per pet before move-in. Breed restrictions apply. A 2 year lease is available for $1045.
