OTHER LEASE PROVISIONS,

b.) no smoking permitted in the property

c.) Tenants must obtain renters insurance.

f.) Property may not be sub-leased. Violations will result in immediate termination of the lease.

g.) Tenants will be the sole occupants of the property.

h.) NO pets without prior written consent of the landlord. A pet fee or pet rent may apply at landlords discretion.

i.) Tenant is responsible for any repairs less than $100.00 i.e. light bulbs.etc. reimbursed with receipt

j) Tenants will not be allowed access to the garage or attic.

K) tenant will be responsible for payment of utilities ie. Tv, internet, telephone, gas, electric, sewer/ water/ garbage

L) final clean fee will be charged at the termination of the lease of $300.00
