Leases are available for 3-months, 6-months, 9-months, and 1-year terms. Rental will only be provided to students who show proof of current school registration. Lease agreement must be signed and completed in person. There is no smoking allowed inside. No pets permitted. Utilities are already included in the monthly rent total.
