2937 Broadway is house that was split into two apartments. Great location on the northwest side of downtown Boulder, with easy access to hiking/biking trails on the west side of town as well as Pearl Street. Short bus/bike ride to the CU campus.
Apartment #A is the upper level of the house. The apartment comes with the front yard and porch. There is a larger bedroom in front with access to a private deck above the front porch. The smaller bedroom is in back. There's a loft space above the kitchen for lots of extra storage. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley, and there is one space that is "first-come, first-served" for both units to use.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants moving out.

Living room = 19'3" x 9'
Bedroom #1 (front) = 16' x 12'3"
Bedroom #2 (back) = 6'7" (4'3" by closet) x 18'8"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least 24 hour notice. The current tenants have requested that we not show the place before noon. Please call 303-449-2649 with any questions, or to set up a tour.
