Our very nice Santa Cruz one bedroom is in a small development located off of a quiet cul-de-sac. If you’ve been looking for a while, you’ll recognize this unit is one of the nicer ones in Santa Cruz.
This unit includes a private, fenced yard with a small patio. You’ll have no more worries about on-street parking because you’ll park your car in a single car garage with opener.
The full kitchen has oak cabinets and tile counter tops, electric range and refrigerator. The bathroom looks great with shower/tub and granite counter top. The unit features upgraded carpet in living room and bedroom and vinyl in the kitchen and bath. There are hookups for a compact, stacking electric washer and dryer.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the premises. No utilities are included in the rent.
The lease term is one year and we're looking for another long-term tenant with 2.5 X income, an excellent rental history and strong local references. One of our previous tenants stayed for 11 years!
