The house is equipped with Washer and Dryer, Electric Kitchen Stove, 1 Large Fridge, Microwave, dedicated kitchen storage space and living room. This is a house, not a condominium/apartment. Street parking and within the property parking is available to the tenants. Our home is conveniently located between Los Angeles and in route to Orange County! ~Ten (10) minutes to Downtown Los Angeles / ~Twenty (20) minutes to Orange County. Very accessible to Freeways 5, 710 and 60. Near East LA College, Cal-State LA, USC.
Details of the Contract: Month to month contract (you can leave after giving 1 month notice in advance). 1st Month Rent + 2 Months Deposit + Cleaning Fee needed to Move-In. Small pets are allowed and there would be an additional deposit for pets. Utilities (High-Speed Cable Internet, Water, Electricity and Gas) are not included in the monthly rent and will be charged separately.
Required for application: Proof of income, references, credit report/score and a background check report. We will consider/evaluate Section 8 applications following review of all application documents and consultation with case manager.
We are looking for a tenant(s) who is: clean, organized, considerate and respectful towards their neighbors and our home (i.e. no parties, no smoking, no drugs or no alcohol)
