Open space downstairs studio located in a quiet hillside neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Los Osos valley greenbelt and Bishop & San Luis mountain peaks. Has it’s own private walled front patio area and front entrance.
Studio includes bathroom with shower, multiple closet storage spaces, and a built-in drop top wooden desk with shelving and cabinets. There is new luxury vinyl plank wood flooring throughout, and around the room adjustable track lighting, plus 2 overhead florescent lighting options.
There is a very small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster/air fryer oven and an electric convection stove burner provided. There will be an extra regular size refrigerator in the adjacent garage that can be shared with main house. A new kitchen cart is coming that will provide additional countertop space, drawer & cabinet storage.
This is a downstairs studio separated by a locking door to the upstairs main residence and it has shared utilities with the house. So all utilities are included with rent - electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardening and wifi.
There is a laundromat located just down the street that is very clean, uncrowded and with modern wifi payment machines. There is also a lovely neighborhood park half a block down the street- this is an outdoorsy neighborhood with people out exercising & walking dogs regularly.
The studio is located just a few minutes drive from downtown SLO & Cal Poly. There is street parking available directly in front of the studio.
Renting for the 2024-2025 academic year. No smoking is allowed inside the studio. Single occupancy only. First month $1675 rent and $1675 security deposit due to move in.
