Both electric and gas service are required to be placed in the tenants name.
It is also a requirement that the tenant does NOT shut off the gas and electric service during lease term.
From time to time, the landlord will request a copy of the electric and gas bill from the tenant demonstrating that the electric and gas services are timely paid and paid in full by the tenant and Clark that no shut off notices or shut offs occur during the tenancy of the lease term.

The application fee is $60 per adult 18 years and older.

ALL Tenants are required to maintain a renters insurance policy to insure their property and any damage that they cause to the property.
