My husband Sam Leisk, and I just bought a house in Cory Merril as an investment property, and we are looking to rent it out!
The house is a great set-up with a downstairs basement that can be sealed off and access directly from the outside.
It’s a 4 bedroom house (with 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs) in coveted Cory Merrill, with a beautiful garden — $3,000/month.
Sam works in Denver but we live in San Francisco. He’s there 5-7 days per month and would utilize the basement living quarters when in town, which again is sealed off from upstairs with a separate entrance.
