APPLICATION: Showing and home tours by appointment only. Home tours require current photo ID from prospective renter to be provided. Applications will not be accepted until you have toured the home. Any communication prior to home tour does not constitute an application. Applications not fully completed will not be accepted. Masks required for all in person meetings.
Applications must meet the following criteria to be acceptable: Minimum 700 credit score. Sufficient rent to income ratio at 33% of gross income. Good credit history and no previous evictions or rental payment defaults. Positive response from previous landlords, (24 months). No smoking policy enforced. Pets considered if requested with owner approval and require separate rental fee and addendum.
All applicants who intend to occupy the home must submit a completed application; a new credit report check; and if accepted, will be included on the lease agreement. No previous credit reports will be accepted.
FEES: Non-refundable, $50 application fee / First Month Rent $3,300 + Security Deposit $3,250 / Credit Report paid directly by applicant. Security deposit payment terms may be requested. All Utilities paid directly by renter. Yard Care included in monthly rental fee.
