TOUR? I am looking to show only to people who have seen the photos, read the ad completely and have specific interest in this space. They know it is a furnished or unfurnished 3rd floor unit. Pets are limited to goldfish, small birds and such. Because I mainly live up North you would mostly be alone in the home. I do come to the house for maintenance, gardening and socializing. I stay in a separate space on the first floor. There are outside security cameras and a whole house alarm system.
Always taking stairs here so your fitness level is a factor. Specifically if you have knee or back issues, you should not consider this space.
If rented as furnished, make it "your space". You may swap some furnishings, artwork, and kitchenware from house storage areas as needed. For larger items I need to be present.
The garage is awesome, no more words needed. Nature is at your doorstep, forest at the back, and the huge array of birds changes with the seasons.
