Our three story Lake Sammamish view home is on a private lane, in an upscale location, with a private boat dock and park-like setting. The entire ground level is a private 600+ sq ft 1 bedroom unfurnished apartment with private entry, living room, kitchen, full bath, and bedroom, with no access to the top 2 floors of the house. The living room has a gas fireplace and opens to a large patio and a shared backyard with mature plants, lighted sports court, and fire pit. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances: range/oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, and microwave. There is a double closet in the bedroom, two hallway closets, and an under-stair storage area. There is also a shared full size washer and dryer, and a second patio that is covered for year round BBQ. There are AC, on-site parking spaces and additional off-street parking for guests. Moorage or dock usage will require approval. The apt is near a bus line and is minutes from Hwy 520 and Bellevue, with easy access to I-90 and convenient shopping. The apt is 3 miles from Microsoft, and 1 mile from Idylwood Beach Park.
We, the property owners, are a professional couple with no pets and are non-smoking. Unlike apartment buildings that are often noisy and have several neighbors, the neighborhood and the apt are very quiet. There is a 2nd floor separating your ground level apt and our bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We are looking for a long term tenant who is quiet, clean, easy-going, has no pets, is non-smoking/vaping, does not do drugs, and has no loud parties. There is a $42 fee per adult applicant with TransUnion SmartMove. Credit check, background check, rental history, verification of employment, and maintenance of rental insurance are required. Rent is $1700/mo. Security deposit and first and last month rent are due upon signing the lease. Utilities are $280/mo which includes water, sewer, gas, electric, garbage, parking and high speed fiber-optic WIFI. We are looking for a one year lease with possibility of renewal, and no subletting.
