It is a really nice house that is not very fare from shopping or from the collage. The backyard is fence with attached garage , with low maintenance lawn. Renter pays all utilities; electric, water, sewage, garbage and cable.. Parking is available for two vehicles. No painting interior or exterior. Renter is responsible for mowing the lawn and keeping the grounds clean. No smoking, no drugs. Guests are allowed to stay 10 to 14 days every six months. Guests can stay 6 days consecutively. If they are not on the lease, this is grounds for eviction of the tenant(s) on the lease. If the tenant must terminate the lease, a 60-day notice must be given, along with two months' rent if they need to leave prior to the 60 days. In most standard instances, a Washington landlord must provide 2 days of notice before entering an occupied unit.
