Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electricity and wifi. No cable, smart TV for streaming using your own streaming accounts. There is an option to rent for $50 a month the ability charge an electric car.
The space is set up as a work from home space with two multi monitor workspaces. One in an office that doubles as a guest room with a fold down full-size Murphy bed. The other is off the kitchen in an open space. Nice open floor plan and park like outdoor setting with indoor/outdoor seating arrangements, fireplace and BBQ. 20-minute commute to Willows Rd tech area and 30 min to Microsoft. Just 5 minutes to 405 and 10 to I-5. Upstairs of a main house. All utilities included. move in will show all items that are remaining, fully appointed.
Rent does not include garage access however there is ample parking.
Outdoor space is shared but there are three private decks exclusively for your own use on the second floor.
Yard care is provided by downstairs tenant.
MOVE IN COSTS

WHEN WILL WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION?
- After prospect tenant has viewed the property or has a proxy to view the property on their behalf.
- Government issued picture ID for all adults submitted with the application.
- Fully completed application, without material omissions, for every occupant over 18.
- Income verification submitted with the application.
- PetScreening profile completed for every applicant over 18 who applied.
RENTAL CRITERIA AND APPLICATION DISCLOSURE
The following information will be accessed as part of the screening of any applications for tenancy....
- All information on your application.
- Your rental history via any identifiable prior Landlords.
- Credit reports via a third-party Consumer Reporting Agency.
- Public records regarding criminal conviction history or registration as a sex offender.
- Personal references.
- Verification of employment and/or income (or rental subsidy) amounts.
- Public records regarding civil court records.
- Any other information provided by the applicant (such as anticipated length of tenancy, tenancy commencement date, etc.).
- Any offers or proposals you may choose to make to us (additional rent or deposit funds, extended lease term, guarantors or co-signers, etc.).
