Non-refundable application fee is $40 per application for application verification and processing. Note: this $40 fee is in addition to the background check and credit report fee collected by Avail.co and will be collected once the application from Avail.co is pre-qualified.

Each applicant 18 years of age and over will be required to show and send a photo I.D. (e.g., a driver's license or other government issued photo identification card).

Each applicant needs to provide criminal background check, credit report and score, eviction report, and previous 2-year landlord references, and proof of income and employment for the 2 recent months (i.e., two recent months of complete bank statements and two recent months of paystubs).
