The apartment is a little over a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital.

The lease options are:
Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $1,400.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $800 with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person.
- Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
