The resident will be responsible to pay for electricity, gas, landline phone service (optional), alarm monitoring system (optional) and will be responsible for removing snow from the patio and decks, as well as maintaining the water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.
