This beautiful townhouse is the perfect place for renting! You're close to downtown Salt Lake City, the airport, the University of Utah, and don't forget the mountains! You'll feel comfortable and safe during your stay here.

The townhouse has three levels. On the main level, you'll find a cozy and beautiful living room where you can gather with your friends and family accompanying you. You'll also find the kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, fridge and plenty of storage. There is a door leading to the back patio where you can set a nice picnic table or chairs if you want.

In the upstairs, you'll find a gorgeous and peaceful master bedroom so you have all the sleeping space you deserve! This bedroom has not one but TWO closets so there's plenty of space for hanging your clothes! A beautiful bay window gives a view of the front tree and the street in front of the home. There is a full bathroom right next to the master bedroom, and a second bedroom right next to the bathroom.

In the basement area, you'll find an open space where you can set up an entertainment or exercise room. There is an unfinished laundry room with a washer and dryer that you can use at any time. The 3rd private bedroom is also located in the basement, and that bedroom and all other parts of the basement are fully finished and carpeted, so you can pass through there in bare feet and comfy clothes!

The place will be UNFURNISHED.

Water, sewer, trash, and HOA are covered by landlord.

Gas, electricity, and internet covered by tenant.

Google Fiber available in the house if you decide to get your internet from them.

No cats allowed, only dogs and other pet animals with permission. $50 additional monthly fee for each dog/pet. No smoking.

Application will include background check, credit report history, proof of income, and a tour of the property.

Criteria: Generally a 600 credit score or higher, few to no late payments or missing payments in the past year, proof of gross household income of 3x the rent or higher. Applicants may be denied if there is evidence of inadequate income, missing payments, late payments, or criminal history.
