This brick house offers a one-car carport and covered porch. Freshly painted on the interior, the living room and breakfast area are bright and welcoming. There is neutral-toned wood laminate and tile flooring throughout. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar and comes equipped with an electric oven/range, dishwasher, and a refrigerator (not guaranteed). This property also features a laundry area and central heat and air. Application fees are non-refundable. All complete applications will be processed upon receipt. No utilities are provided, tenant is responsible for all. The Conquest Property Management, Inc. Tenant Advantage Program (TAP) is designed to provide convenience and valuable, professional services to our residents.
