The living room is bright and open, with a vaulted ceiling and cozy wood-burning fireplace. The modern kitchen features an island and breakfast bar and comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances: an electric oven/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave and refrigerator (not guaranteed). The bedrooms provide ample closet space and the bathrooms are gorgeous, with vessel sinks and glass doors on the tiled showers and bathtub. The large sunroom is surrounded by windows and has a window unit to keep you cool while looking out over the stunning golf course views. *The tenant is required to pay an additional $226.26 per month for HOA dues.The tenant is also required to pay a fully refundable, one-time $500.00 deposit to the HOA. -The Conquest Property Management, Inc. Tenant Advantage Program (TAP) is designed to provide convenience and valuable, professional services to our residents. By applying to lease with CPM, tenants agree to be auto-enrolled in the program and agree to pay an additional $25.00 each month, payable with rent. This program includes benefits such as Filter Delivery, Online Tenant Portal, Waived Late Fee, Utility Concierge, Inspection Reschedule and more! Participation in this program may vary due to the property specifications. The cost of the program is all-inclusive. -CPM requires all tenants carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlord’s property for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, and water damage during the term of their lease. -No utilities are provided, tenant is responsible for all. -If you have a pet or a Service/Support Animal you will need to complete a separate screening application for each of them. -Application fees are non-refundable.
