If we allow an animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum and except as set forth in the addendum, pay an animal deposit. We’ll authorize an assistance or support animal for a disabled person without requiring an animal deposit. We may require verification of your disability and the need for such an animal. Pets allowed: Cats, dogs, birds (if caged), lizards (if caged), rabbit (if caged) and fish (no more than 10 gallon aquarium). Pet Limit: 2 Pet deposit (Dogs and Cats only): $500 per pet Pet Rent (Dogs and Cats only): $20 per pet, monthly Vaccination: All dogs and cats must be current with all vaccinations and provide proof to office. Here at The Estates you’ll find pet stations located throughout the property for your convenience as we do require you to pick up after your pet.
