You may be eligible for the Rhino policy, however, if not approved traditional deposit is still required. Rhino Policy or traditional deposit must be paid in full prior to move in.

Flex – We know life happens, but late fees don’t have to. Flex is our partner providing affordable payment solutions to our residents for when you need just a few more days to pay rent.
