"Casa Mariposa," is an adorable 399-square-foot tiny home in a peaceful, country setting, approximately 15 miles from Bastrop, Lockhart, and Cedar Creek.

Generous-sized single sink, fridge, two-burner electric stove, but no oven. Dual mini splitters keep the home nice and cool and are zoned for your comfort. Built-ins in the bedroom keep everything organized and maximize the floor space. Carpet-free home- yippee!

A sturdy tv mount in the living room is a space saver and the screen door lets in quite a bit of light. Unwind after a long day on the covered front porch and enjoy the slower pace of the country. The ceiling fan in the living room helps circulate that wonderful cool air.

The tub is a nice size and the closet is conveniently located in the bathroom. The curved shower curtain rod helps you enjoy more space in the shower. All windows come with window coverings.

Everything you need in a cozy, easy-to-maintain package. We can provide a new dishwasher for an additional monthly amount. The home is also ready for a new stackable washer and dryer which we can provide for an additional monthly amount.

Trash pickup for one can is included.

The entire property is smoke-free, not just the home. This includes vaping, smoking, cigars, etc.

Payday rent plans are available. $1,100 monthly, $560 twice a month, or $264 each Friday.

We love animals! Certain restrictions apply and animals are accepted on a case-by-case basis. $50.00 animal registration per animal which includes a call to your vet and animal rent is $30.00/month per animal. Cats need to be spayed or neutered.

Last month's rent and the $300 pre-paid exit cleaning fee can be paid out over 4 months.

$600.00 of the $1,100 security deposit is required at move-in, and the other $500.00 may be paid out over 4 months.

We are looking for Residents who...

are interested in staying in the home for a minimum of 1 year

have an income of at least $3,300/month (adult applicants are welcome to add their incomes)

have a debt-to-income ratio that is able to support the monthly rent plus anticipated utilities

have a history of being responsible community members

have a history of paying their obligations in a timely fashion

have a history of taking good care of their current and previous homes and yards
