Rent is $2350/month for 12 months lease, $2700/month for 6-11 months lease, $2750 for 2-5 months lease, M2M ($3000). Security deposit is negotiable and can be waived on a case by case basis for shorter term stays. Utilities (Ring security, water, electricity, HVAC, internet TV, landscaping) is included in all leases that are less than 12 months. House is fully furnished with nice patio area for great night views or hanging out with friends/family. For leases that are 12+ months, the renter will be in charge of paying for utilities directly to the appropriate companies. Additional pet fee : $50/month for small dogs and $100/month for big dogs and cats. Additional $500 security deposit required for small dogs and $800 for big dogs/cats. There is an option to move the existing furniture if you are renting for 18+ months. $75 off monthly rent for 18+ months lease.
There is plenty of parking at this property - you can park several cars on the gravel and beside it as there is plenty of land area in front and behind the house. Almost no one parks in the garage - most people park on the gravel or in front of the house on the street as it is a lot easier. The house is in a very safe and quite family neighborhood.
