Move-in requirements:

3. One year lease minimum- rent reduction: -$20/mos for 2nd year- -$40/mos for 3rd year. Family-related occupants- 2 cars max.
4. Ok for one indoor, gentle breed, older than 5 years, less than 30 lbs dog- with additional fees.
5. Cash: $4070 = rent ($2000) + deposit ($2000) + $70 application
6. Income: +$7000/mos, for the last 3 years
7. Documentation: 3 concurrent recent check stubs & W2- 3 recent concurrent monthly bank statements (account # blacken out- name, date, address, line items visible)- 3 recent utility bills…showing all were paid on time. Past home addresses over a 5 years span. Cell #, Email address, Driver license, SS #, employer ID. $35/adult non-refundable application, background/credit checks. If lease signers bank accounts are separate, each signer will need to provide his set of the requested info.
8. Apply if you will pass references / background / credit checks- less than 3 moves in last 5 years- history of prompt bill payments- credit score greater than 620- bank account(s) showing at least $8000- and absence of felony conviction.
9. Tenant is responsible for utilities (~$150/electricity, ~$15/water, $57/EPB internet, for family of 6), yard works
