220 flagship way

We are looking for someone/s to take over our lease at Flagship Kerns. The lease is starting from Feb 1, 2023 (or whenever someone can come in, sooner the better), until July of 2024.

It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment (Both rooms can be locked inside and out so you and your roommate can have privacy). Rent is $1750 a month, utilities are about $125~150 (this includes internet and trash pick up).

Apartment comes fully furnished: Bedframes with drawers, tv stand with tv, couch, chair, 2 bar stools, and coffee table(would still need mattress for the bedframes).

UT is a 20 minute walk from the apartment and Downtown is a 15 minute walk. Parking is free for residents, and there is guest parking for free close to the apartment (overflow).

Pool and on-site gym both located at the club house. There is also a Storage room for larger packages ordered to your apartment, so your packages will not be dropped off outside your door.

Apartment is pet friendly.
