Space is important, particularly when you're talking about punctuation: don't get Red Bank, South Carolina, confused with the town that used to be called Redbank. The latter is now called Saluda and is in a neighboring county!
Red Bank, a census-designated place, or CDP, is in Lexington County in the center of the Palmetto State (South Carolina).
