Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Xanadu I offers guests a beautiful view of the beach! Xanadu D3 has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, ocean views from the balcony, this rental includes all utilities, and free WIFI.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Master Bedroom has a King bed with new firm mattress, new bamboo flooring, large flat screen TV, a private restroom and oceanfront balcony access.

Second bedroom also features a King Bed with a new firm mattress, 32" flat screen TV and attached restroom with shower (also accessible from hallway).

Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with new firm mattresses and attached restroom with tub/shower combination.

There is a onetime processing fee of $300.00 in addition to your first month's rent. Guests of Barefoot receive two parking passes. This condo is non smoking, Does not accept pets, and rents to adults over the age of 25 only.
