No Smoking. Pets negotiable with pet fee. Limit of two (2) pets. Pets to remain on flea prevention throughout lease duration and dogs have nails trimmed every two (2) months to prevent bamboo wood floors from scratching. Tenants to maintain irrigation system as needed to maintain lawn. Tenants are not permitted to park on grass next to driveway or in front of home where irrigation heads are located.
