To view the property, you will use the Rently lockbox that is attached to front door of the property. You may view the property 7 days a week, between 8am-8pm. For security purposes, you must pay a one-time $0.99 fee. There is NO recurring charge after registration. (Please note, that if you do not feel comfortable with this procedure or if you have any problems registering or accessing the Rently lockbox, you may always check out a key on vacant listings by coming into the office at 100 W. Stone Ave. in Greenville, Monday through Friday between 9am-4pm. Please bring a picture ID and a $20 key deposit.)

Once you are registered and at the property to view the interior, you will call the following phone number: 888-889-8357. Locate the serial number (white number on top of the lockbox) and enter it when prompted on the phone. Follow the rest of the prompts and the lockbox will open for you.
