We are located only 3 miles from downtown Aiken and nestled on 10 beautiful acres with lush evergreen trees, flowers and veggie gardens, beautifully landscaped yards and window boxes filled with flowers in all seasons.
Flat 131 is Sparkling Clean, Freshly Painted and well-appointed furnished one bedroom flat.
The living area has a very comfy fabric sofa with matching big chair and ottoman and is great for watching TV, reading or taking a much-needed nap.

Then you will enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with built-in craftsman wooden cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave All cookware, dishes and utensils are included. Pipers Flat has its own patio with chairs and market umbrella.

Westwinds has 7 flats and we have accommodated doctors, nurses, engineers and well known equestrian trainers as well as folks relocating to Aiken needing a short or long term stay.
