This first floor unit features a private front and private back door, ceiling fans, hardwood floors in the bedroom and living room, and ceramic in the kitchen and bathroom. This unit comes with its own private laundry in the basement, but you do have to walk outside to access the basement steps. There is storage available in the basement.
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays gas & electric.
This group of 18 duplexes is located on Penn Avenue and Meade Street, between N Linden Avenue and N Dallas Avenue. This property is a short walk from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. It is approximately a mile from Target, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. All units have access to private laundry in the basement and a large shared yard. There is limited off-street parking and easy on street parking. We have 36 units here and the parking lot can fit 29 vehicles. Tenants are not guaranteed a parking spot in the lot, as the spots are not assigned, but they may park one vehicle in the lot for free.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
