$25 application fee per adult applicant which covers credit check, criminal background check and eviction check. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Please note that most properties require that applicant combined take-home pay (net income) is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

When you become a Steel Town Rentals tenant, you will have access to your tenant portal on our website www.SteelTownRentals.com as well as from your smart device by downloading the Online Portal App. In addition to paying your rent online, you will be able to submit maintenance requests and view your account balance - 24/7.
